Certificate Presented by an SGS Certification Representative
Advancing Information Security Management
Soetek Technology Co., Ltd. announced that the company has successfully achieved ISO 27001 certification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS) across the entire organization, and has completed the certification ceremony with the certificate presented by an SGS certification representative. This milestone signifies that Soetek has established a robust management framework for information security governance, risk management, and operational control—one that is auditable, actionable, and capable of continuous improvement.
Information Security Is Service Quality
During the certification ceremony, Soetek and representatives from SGS jointly marked this important milestone and posed for commemorative photos in front of the company’s brand wall—symbolizing their shared commitment to the principle that “information security is service quality.” In his remarks, Soetek’s General Manager, Tony, emphasized that information security “cannot be faked,” noting that any lapse will inevitably lead to problems. In light of the increasing number of security incidents faced by clients in recent years, he stressed that service providers and consultants must first ensure their own systems and processes are firmly in place, enabling them to support clients with higher professional standards as they confront increasingly severe security risks. Following the achievement of ISO 27001 certification, Soetek will continue to expand its information security capabilities in line with its established roadmap. This includes pursuing cloud-related certifications such as ISO 27017 and ISO 27018. By maintaining a low-profile, pragmatic approach while continuously strengthening its capabilities and enhancing service quality, Soetek aims to work hand in hand with clients to build a more secure and trustworthy digital environment.
Company-Wide Team Building Retreat: Cross-Department Collaboration × Local Exploration to Unite New Team Energy
Amid the fast-paced rhythm of everyday work, we chose to step away from our laptops and meetings and take part in a company-wide team-building retreat. This was more than just an event—it was a journey that brought us closer together.
Day One
The highlight of the first day was a cross-department car-building challenge. Colleagues from different teams were grouped together on the spot, and every stage—from design and assembly to testing—required close communication and coordination. Some focused on ideation, others on fine details, while a few stepped in to resolve unexpected issues on site. The process showcased not only creativity and technical skills, but also the power of cross-functional collaboration. Colleagues who were once unfamiliar quickly built rapport around a shared goal, filling the space with laughter and applause. This was followed by a mindfulness aromatherapy session and a talk on eye health, offering a relaxed setting to learn how to take better care of ourselves—reminding us that health and focus are the foundations for sustained progress. In the evening, informal networking time became a stage for sharing life stories and emotions. Conversations flowed easily in a warm, relaxed atmosphere, and the distance between colleagues quietly narrowed. A fun lucky draw added excitement, with laughter and anticipation energizing the room. The day concluded with a group photo, capturing this rare moment of togetherness and symbolizing a shared vision of moving forward together as a team.
Day Two
We split into groups to explore local markets and cultural sites. While discovering regional special, colleagues also sparked new ideas through open and free interaction. These exchanges in different settings infused the team with fresh creativity and positive energy. In September 2025, Soetek’s team-building retreat came to a successful close. This retreat was more than just a two-day event—it became a shared memory for everyone involved. It allowed us to once again experience our core values of being people-centric and achieving success through collaboration, while strengthening team cohesion through laughter, conversation, and exploration. Looking ahead, Soetek will continue to foster a healthy, open, and vibrant workplace through diverse activities, moving forward together with all colleagues toward steady and sustainable growth.

Most view SAP as stable, secure, and highly trustworthy.” He further pointed out that with SAP Public Cloud’s comprehensive security certifications, standardized processes, and Clean Core product philosophy, more enterprises are moving from a ‘wait-and-see’ mindset to serious evaluation and actual adoption—becoming increasingly willing to initiate discussions around public cloud transformation strategies.
Three Dimensions of Customer Success: From Implementation to Innovation
Following SAP’s cloud governance model and Customer Success methodology, Soetek breaks down the customer value journey into three core stages.
Adoption During the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Soetek helps enterprises first establish standardized frameworks and data governance mechanisms to ensure data accuracy and usability. This allows the system to go beyond simply “going live” and truly take root—becoming a reliable foundation that supports decision-making.
2. Consumption In day-to-day operations, Soetek works through its consulting team and SAP’s global resources to ensure the system is used smoothly and effectively. Beyond maintaining uninterrupted operations, usage is gradually expanded so that the system evolves into a central pillar of everyday business activities.
3. Extension Once governance structures and data foundations are mature, enterprises can move forward with AI and innovative applications. Soetek supports companies in leveraging the BTP platform to tightly integrate innovation initiatives with daily operations, creating sustainable, long-term value.
Continuing to Deepen Presence in the GC and APAC Markets, Accompanying Enterprises Throughout Their Cloud Journey
Taking the stage and receiving award recognition at the “Ecosystem Partner Innovation Summit” not only affirms the Soetek team’s sustained efforts and expertise in SAP Public Cloud over recent years, but also marks a significant milestone in the company’s continued expansion across the GC and APAC markets. Looking ahead, Soetek will continue to integrate SAP’s stable and mature cloud products and platforms with its consulting expertise in process reengineering, data governance, and cloud implementation—spanning system go-live, daily operations, and extensions into AI and innovation. Through a full lifecycle approach, Soetek will accompany enterprises throughout their cloud transformation and data governance journey, ensuring that systems do more than simply “run in the cloud,” but truly become the core engine driving organizational growth and smarter decision-making.
Tricentis Partners with Soetek to Advance Software Testing with Agentic AI
CIO Value Academy – Session 4 A New Perspective on AI-Driven Innovation and Transformation
While nearly 40% of the world’s code is now generated by AI, much of it enters production environments without sufficient review—causing risks to surge. Ding Jie-Xin, Greater China Sales Director at Tricentis, warns that amid the tension between quality and speed, only “AI testing AI” can truly safeguard digital assets. By leveraging Agentic AI, organizations can also drive a tenfold breakthrough in productivity.
Continuing to Lead the Way with AI Innovation
Since its founding, Tricentis has been committed to promoting an engineering-driven approach that enables traditional Quality Assurance (QA) to evolve into Quality Engineering (QE). Built on a foundation of no-code automated testing, Tricentis helps enterprises navigate complex, heterogeneous IT environments, including multi-cloud architectures and distributed data sources. Ding Jie-Xin noted that more than 40% of the world’s code is now generated by AI. However, if such code enters production environments without proper validation, it inevitably introduces significant risk. As a result, enterprises urgently need solutions that use AI to test AI, ensuring the safety and trustworthiness of code deployments. In response, Tricentis continues to lead the industry through AI innovation by deeply integrating Agentic AI and MCP Server into its core product, Tosca—the enterprise-grade Continuous Testing platform—ushering in a new model of test automation. This agent-based AI can automatically create tests, execute them autonomously, and resolve issues on its own. By narrowing testing efforts from a traditional 100% coverage mindset to a focused 10–20% on the most critical areas, organizations can significantly reduce risk while minimizing manual effort.
Enabling Enterprises to Confidently and Securely Leverage AI to Scale Operational Efficiency
In real-world scenarios, the impact of this transformation becomes even more compelling. Ding Jie-Xin highlighted how Tricentis has helped customers such as Duke Energy accelerate SAP S/4HANA migrations—reducing testing cycles that once required thousands of hours by 200x, and increasing code deployment speed by 160x. As a result, customers were able to complete implementations seven months to one year ahead of schedule. Such dramatic efficiency gains have also enabled multinational financial institutions to shorten their Web and mobile release cycles from quarterly to biweekly, allowing them to respond swiftly to rapidly changing market demands. However, technological breakthroughs alone are not sufficient to support the full scope of digital transformation. Lin Po-Ting, Deputy General Manager at Soetek, emphasized that the value of AI lies not in replacing humans, but in amplifying human capabilities. To generate real impact, enterprises must begin AI adoption with the most complex and cost-intensive operational processes. With over 20 years of deep SAP consulting experience and a professional team of nearly 300 consultants, Soetek not only helps clients automate document approvals through image-recognition AI and automatically post journal entries to ERP systems, but also designs hybrid cloud architectures tailored for enterprises concerned about data leakage. This architecture allows organizations to store internal data in dedicated vector databases while leveraging public cloud large language models (LLMs), ensuring strict data security and compliance—empowering enterprises to confidently and securely use AI to scale operational efficiency.
Tricentis × Soetek
Tricentis and Soetek have joined forces to equip Taiwan enterprises’ IT architectures with an intelligent immune system. Tricentis’ automation platform acts like “smart white blood cells,” rapidly detecting and repairing code-level threats, while Soetek’s consulting services resemble medical specialists who precisely identify points of intrusion and define effective protection strategies. Through this collaboration, enterprises can continue to innovate at high speed while maintaining the health, resilience, and efficient operation of their digital assets.

These topics have also been disseminated more broadly through the podcast Sustainable Living on Air, helping both enterprises and the public stay informed about the latest developments in IFRS S1/S2 and corporate governance.
Wu Xian Ji International Restaurant Group Partners with Soetek to Implement SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP
Wu Xian Ji International Restaurant Group partnered with Soetek to implement SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP. In the first phase, the project focused on financial modules, successfully connecting daily transaction data—amounting to millions of records per day—from 63 stores across Taiwan and automatically uploading them to the system, significantly improving operational efficiency. Founded in 2015, Wu Xian Ji built its brand on high value-for-money hot pot offerings. In 2024, the group actively expanded into five brands while accelerating its digital transformation. Facing challenges with legacy systems that were unable to integrate operational data in real time, General Manager Ko Li-Hsing led the formation of a cross-functional project team and worked with Soetek to implement a new system, achieving greater accuracy and automation in financial processes. By gaining a deep understanding of business requirements, integrating POS data, and providing user training, the Soetek team helped Wu Xian Ji go live quickly. After implementation, the monthly financial closing cycle was shortened by 11 days, saving more than two hours of manual processing time per day. Looking ahead, Wu Xian Ji will continue to expand its store network, advance data-driven governance and AI-powered analytics, and build a central command center to further strengthen supply chain management and operational decision-making.
Implementing SAP Cloud Systems to Accelerate Operational Growth with AI-Driven Intelligence
Soetek assisted Wu Xian Ji International Restaurant Group in implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP. In the first phase, the project focused on financial objectives, connecting operational data from 63 stores across Taiwan. This enabled each store to automatically upload up to millions of transaction records per day to the ERP system, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. Founded in 2015 in the port city of Kaohsiung, Wu Xian Ji International Restaurant Group currently operates more than 63 directly operated and franchised stores nationwide, making it the hot pot brand with the largest number of directly operated outlets in southern Taiwan. With the brand promise of “five-star flavors at Wu Xian Ji prices” (a Taiwanese homophone implying affordability), the group has also established a central kitchen to ensure consistent soup quality. In the post-pandemic era, as market dynamics evolve rapidly, Wu Xian Ji aims to deliver the highest CP value across different menu categories. In 2024, the group continued to expand its restaurant footprint and develop five brands under its portfolio. The founder of Wu Xian Ji International Restaurant Group firmly believes that the digitalization of information can optimize business operations. By driving digital transformation from the top down, the organization has moved toward a flatter structure. In 2024, under the leadership of General Manager Ko Li-Hsing, a cross-functional project team was formed—bringing together finance and IT talent—to accelerate the group’s digital transformation initiatives.
Challenge: Difficulty in Integrating Operational Data in Real Time
General Manager Ko Li-Hsing stated, “The restaurant industry has traditionally been highly resistant to digitalization. However, as market competition intensifies and Wu Xian Ji continues to scale with ambitions for international expansion, talent development has become increasingly challenging. Reducing repetitive manual processes was a key reason why Wu Xian Ji decided to take a bold step toward digitalization.” The legacy ERP system was gradually unable to cope with growing business demands. Each month, significant manpower was required to verify figures and reconcile reports, and it was difficult to integrate operational data across departments in real time. As a result, Wu Xian Ji decided to implement SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP. Ko further explained, “We chose SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP not only because it provides comprehensive functionality across finance, procurement, inventory management, sales, and production, but also because its flexible cloud deployment and scalability can support the company’s future growth.”
Precisely Connecting Operational Data Across All Stores
Kate Hsu, Finance Director of Wu Xian Ji International Restaurant Group, noted that to accelerate core operational transformation and precisely integrate information flows, cash flows, and accounting processes, Wu Xian Ji worked closely with the Soetek consulting team. In the first phase, the company implemented the FI/CO modules of SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP, integrating financial operations from the existing ERP system into SAP and focusing on improving the accuracy of internal financial data. General Manager Ko Li-Hsing candidly shared that previous attempts to implement core systems had ended in failure. When preparing to deploy SAP Smart Cloud ERP, Wu Xian Ji evaluated several consulting firms before ultimately succeeding with the Soetek consulting team. He identified three key factors behind the successful go-live within just one quarter: first, Wu Xian Ji set clear objectives by prioritizing financial operational data; second, the internal technical team possessed strong system integration capabilities; and third, Soetek provided robust support by thinking from the client’s perspective and helping the team quickly identify effective solutions. Vivien Kuo, Senior Vice President at Soetek, explained that during the implementation process, the team first gained a thorough understanding of Wu Xian Ji’s business processes and requirements before designing tailored solutions. Soetek offered professional recommendations to address the complexity and redundancy of legacy systems in the restaurant industry, conducted system validation, user training, and user acceptance testing, and integrated POS data from Wu Xian Ji’s internally developed system into SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP. By patiently guiding users through the new system, Soetek ensured a smoother and more efficient cloud transformation journey. Soetek Senior Vice President Vivien Kuo
Significantly Enhancing Operational Efficiency
“Previously, delays in operational data meant that business strategies and marketing initiatives were often driven by gut feeling. Since adopting SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP, we now have solid data to support our decisions, and operational efficiency has improved significantly,” said General Manager Ko Li-Hsing with enthusiasm. Soetek successfully connected sales and financial data from Wu Xian Ji’s 63 directly operated and franchised stores, strengthening internal controls and audit mechanisms. As a result, millions of transaction records processed daily across stores nationwide are automatically uploaded to the ERP system, achieving 100% data accuracy. This also enables the company to flexibly adjust operational and marketing strategies based on data insights. Finance Director Kate Hsu added that the system has substantially reduced repetitive accounting work and shortened the workflow and time required from posting to clearing entries. For example, the monthly financial closing cycle has been brought forward by 11 days, from the 21st to the 10th of each month. With journal entries automatically generated by the system, the finance team now saves more than two hours of manual processing time per day, significantly reducing the burden of manual data entry and calculations.
Advancing Toward Data-Driven Governance
Wu Xian Ji aims to surpass 101 stores across Taiwan and further expand internationally, positioning itself as a representative global restaurant brand from Taiwan. The group will continue to deepen its use of SAP Cloud ERP, advancing data-driven governance and technology-enabled management to strengthen operational processes. To address supply chain management challenges in the restaurant industry, the next phase will focus on improving the accuracy of ingredient ordering and warehouse management. Wu Xian Ji also plans to further integrate SAP S/4HANA to build a central command center, enabling real-time visibility into ingredient price fluctuations and supply-demand dynamics. By automatically analyzing sales data from each store and optimizing ordering processes through AI-driven intelligence, the company aims to significantly enhance overall operational efficiency.
