The company has passed the latest ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, meeting international-grade information security management standards.
In the same year, we obtained the Ministry of Digital Affairs “Digital Service Provider Capability Registration”, demonstrating mature capabilities in areas such as workforce-hours management systems and customised platform development.

2024 marked a major internationalisation milestone for the company:
Becoming Taiwan’s only SAP United VARs Platinum Partner, joining the world’s top SAP consulting ecosystem.
Establishing a subsidiary in Japan to provide localised implementation and operations & maintenance services.

In 2022, in response to the “Tamsui River Convention”, we formally incorporated ESG concepts into our operational thinking.
In 2023, we passed the ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System certification, comprehensively enhancing our security governance capabilities and strengthening the foundation of trust in the areas of enterprise consulting and cloud services.
In this phase, the company continued to cultivate mid-to-large enterprise projects and received recognition such as SAP MVP Partner for SME ERP.

To respond to market demand for cloud adoption, in 2018 the company expanded the SAP BYD, SAC, and cloud ERP product lines, and received multiple SAP cloud transformation and RPA technology awards.
In 2020, we established a Taichung subsidiary to strengthen cross-regional talent deployment and project support.
In the same year, we obtained TTQS talent development quality management certification and the Ministry of Economic Affairs Industrial Development Bureau data service capability registration, establishing the company’s professionalism in data platforms and enterprise learning systems.

In 2012, we established a subsidiary in Shanghai, formally entering the cross-strait service market. In the same period, we added a pre-sales support department to strengthen solution planning and technical demonstration capabilities.
From 2013 to 2017, the company launched financial solutions such as cash management (FIN) and corporate consolidation reporting (BPC), and helped many large enterprises complete process and system upgrades.
During this period, we received SAP Taiwan Partner of the Year-related awards multiple times, demonstrating continually improving project delivery and industry influence.

Soetek Technology was established in 2002, focusing on enterprise system development, ERP implementation, and technical consulting services. In the early stage of its establishment, it obtained operations and maintenance contracts for international brands, building cross-border technical support capabilities.
From 2005 to 2011, the company successively established the Java, product R&D, consulting services, and business intelligence departments, independently developed VAT and bonded tax systems, and successfully undertook multiple large enterprise projects, forming a solid foundation of consulting capabilities.
